Master The Interview – Interviews can be challenging and stressful for many people. Get out of the passenger seat and behind the wheel! Learn how to become confident and in control by showcasing all you have to offer. We will discuss different types of interviews, illegal and legal questions and what to do before, during and after the interview.

Create Individualized, Effective Documents – Showcasing yourself well on paper is essential in the job search. Do you feel your documents represent you? We will discuss how to effectively incorporate your experiences, skills and abilities into our resume and cover letter. Handouts are included.  

Explore your options – Your interests, goals, values, preferences and strengths play an important role in finding your career fit.  We will discuss your results from the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® and the Strong Interest Inventory®,then strategize next steps for exploration and action. Understanding Today’s Employee – As a manager you are challenged to work effectively with many different styles and personalities. In this 90 minute session we will look at your preferences (as identified by the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) assessment you will take online prior to the session) and how they affect and are affected by those you manage. Through group discussion and handouts, you will walk away with proven strategies and tactics to improve your workplace.

Interviewing 101 – You have been asked to head up or participate in a search committee and aren’t sure what to do.
